I just wanna thank Nicholas Picicci for always providing very good customer service. He is very knowledgeable and really explained everything you need to know. I always booked appointments in the morning because I always have something to do in the afternoon. So everytime I drive to go to Waverley service I honestly don't like waking up so early because it's far from my home. However, everytime I go there for the maintenance of my car it's always Nick who served me. He is very welcoming and really brightens your day because of his smile. I can really see that he loves his job - pure energy in the early morning. lol. If I can only request Nick for my maintenance appointment I would love to. Thank you so much for the effort and the kindness.

Nicholas Piccici was a very friendly, welcoming and understanding service advisor. He listened to all my concerns and issues and addressed them promptly. As I waited he offered me a coffee and anything else that I needed to feel comfortable in the lounge while I had my car serviced. Lounge offers wifi and cable TV. Bright, clean and relaxing dealership.

Greeted by other service associates and salesmen.Shuttle operator came to check to ensure I was not in need of a ride. Left with a clean car, properly functioning vehicle and piece of mind that my safety and ownership of a Mitsubishi came first.

and i appreciate that they showed me the same level of courtesy as if I was buying a vehicle... never too busy to answer and show me around... I give kudos to jeth the sales rep that nelson introduced me to... he showed me the new 2016 outlander and that was awesome... I advised them that i want to see the new 2016 but not quite ready for the trade-in yet and all the while i didn't feel that they are forcing me no stress no pressure and yet in a very professional manner they were really very convincing... i did not feel they they were trying to put the typical salesman pitch but actually very helpful and very honest...
